About this module

Cloud account to automate job management with AI

My account holds the profile, organization, location, and AI credits of the construction company. With a session, work leaves the browser and lives in the cloud: budget generated or imported with AI, unit-price library, daily log, and purchasing. Several people on the same account collaborate from any internet-connected device. CoPres automates the move from local to shared so the team focuses on the job.

More about the account and automation with AI

Benefits

  • AI credits for the whole account: generating a budget, unit price, schedule, or log entry spends the same balance.
  • Account location: country and language that feed the unit-price base and AI prices.
  • Profile and organization visible to administrators, with projects and account members.

Benefits of having the account ready for AI

  • After you sign up you can generate the budget with AI and upload it to the cloud; without an account the work stays only in that browser.
  • Credits show here and consumption history is in Activity log: you know who used AI.
  • The account country guides the unit-price base and local names when AI builds the budget.
  • Less rework when you change computers: you sign in and continue the same automated job.

The CoPres account for AI jobs

Construction company account in CoPres
From the browser to the cloud

Without a session the AI budget lives on the device. With an account, CoPres stores and shares it. It is 100% cloud, with no install. Founded in 2013 in Bogotá.

One AI balance for the whole team

Credits are not personal: they belong to the account. Any collaborator can generate; the owner or an administrator buys more on Pricing.

Connected to jobs and the library

The same account opens My Projects, the unit-price library, and the cloud daily log. Location tunes AI prices and language.

From creating a user to running the job

You complete profile and location; the team invites collaborators. AI can then estimate, import, and write on that account.

Built for the company, not for one PC

Ideal when you sign in from the office and from the site. Versus a local file, CoPres offers the live account. Sign up free at www.sistemacopres.com.
