Account roles for automating job management with AI
CoPres roles define who can access, view, operate, or download reports in each menu tool: budget, purchasing, the daily log, management, and the rest of the job. The Owner role has all four permissions on, and nobody can turn them off. The account owner or an administrator creates others, such as Site resident, and marks each tool. View and Operate cannot both be on. Several people work the same cloud project.

Four permissions per tool
The Owner role keeps Access, View, Operate, and Reports on across the menu, locked. A new role starts blank: expanding it shows the modules and, on each tool, those four columns.
